    COMETEL TAKES A STEP FORWARD AND LAUNCHES ITS INNOVATIVE AFTER-SALES SERVICE LINE: COMETEL SERVICE

    The leading Gipuzkoan company in solutions for the transportation and treatment of metal waste announces the launch of its new after-sales service line. The purpose of the project is to provide customers with comprehensive and personalized support to maximize the performance and efficiency of their equipment.

    With over 35 years of experience in the sector, Cometel has developed more than 2,000 installations in over 20 countries. This global presence is supported by more than 7,000 machines installed worldwide. Thanks to the new after-sales business line, they have managed to increase this business by 15%, and now have over 100 clients enjoying these innovative coverages.

    This project arises from the need to ensure optimal functioning and longevity of the equipment. Cometel is aware of the consequences that customers may suffer from unscheduled downtime, and with this new line, these unforeseen events are minimized to the maximum.

    From expansions and modifications of current installations, repairs, and stock of critical spare parts at Cometel to offer a quick and efficient response, to service contracts of varying scope to adapt to each customer's needs.

    To officially present this addition to their service catalog, Cometel will participate in the upcoming edition of the BIEMH fair, which will be held from June 3 to 7 in Bilbao. During the event, the Cometel Service team will be available in Hall 2, Stand B29, to provide detailed information about the new after-sales service line. We look forward to seeing you there!
